Supporting and strengthening the product team, consisting of product owners, a researcher, and UX and visual designers, to prepare for the launch of a paid B2B and B2C subscription model. Responsible for prototyping and usability testing of new features and user flows in iOS, Android, web application, Chrome extension and MS Word Plugin. Responsible for improving conversions and user promotions, maintaining visual consistency between product and marketing departments.

RefME is a multi-platform tool that automates the citation and bibliography process in over 7,500 citation styles. The service has over 1 million users globally and it is the winner of best British mobile startup in 2015.

Kentico Software s.r.o., Brno

December 2012 – October 2015
Joined Kentico as the first senior UX Designer and led a UX team to redesign the complex CMS product, making me responsible for the look and feel of the new UI. Establishing the UX department (growing it to 1 manager and 6 designers) and involving UX techniques in an agile development process. Responsible for doing research, prototyping, usability testing in the Cloud & SaaS Team and the WebPro Team.

Increasing the SUS score from 60 to 72.5 after the product redesign, of a highly complex CMS powering more than 28,000 websites like Twinings, Sony, Mazda, Vodafone or Chiquita.

Founder of company's Graphic Guild, which is a group of 4 graphic designers from marketing and development departments. Together we maintained a consistent visual language, reviewed our work and shared knowledge. Moreover, we have become an authority and we have defined brand visual styleguide, i.e. rules for logotype and subbrands usage, typography, colors, imagery, etc.

Conducting customer interviews, wireframing and prototyping, creating graphic design for websites and GUI for web-based applications, implementing HTML and CSS. Became team leader of implementation department which consisted of project managers, implementers, graphic designers and frontend developers (6-8 people) in 2011.
